About the work
This dream journey began as I was led by a guide and passed alongside the outskirts of a heavenly realm. I gazed out over where many people gathered and after some time we came upon a colossal stone forum, which was deeply sunken into the ground. It had steps that stretched horizontally around its circumference, and which also led from the edge of the surface grounds, down into the forum. Affixed to one side and positioned not quiet at the bottom, was a podium, from where instruction and conversation was bellowed. It was deep and wide, and I could barely hear it. There were many people lingering and sitting in various places, with many down near the podium. It was from that point that people would set off in various directions.
After this brief stop, the journey continued, yet this time on my own.
There began a scorched pathway as vast as a desert. I walked upon it without issue, as others did as well, however there were those who could surely feel the surface as it burned their feet.
I came upon a simple gate poking out as if from a dark wall. It was a gate into a secret garden, and there was a light that beamed through the clearing where the gate sat. It shown so brightly, revealing the sky in the land beyond and the ornamental edges of the canopy which rose above the gate and the tunneled greenery above the path on the other side.
Those who were also walking along this path somehow knew they could not enter this gate, even while there was no lock to be found. It was not guarded. Yet it was welcoming.
As I approached the gate, a young girl, perhaps in her late teens or early twenties, ran to meet me there. She was lively and beautiful, and welcomed me in. She was expecting me. I asked her who she was, though somehow I already knew, and it was confirmed. She was the daughter of someone very close to me, who was lost at 5 months in utero. Her given name was Elle.
I entered through the gate as Elle, beaming, with long blond hair flying behind her, led me down the stairs to the beach below. We began to walk and talk. She told me of her earthly mother, "she was once my mother and now she is my sister", she said, as we are all brothers and sisters in Christ.
This very moment in my dream shows us the importance of our motherhood and fatherhood, even while a child is in utero, and that this child is actually a soul within its first form, and shares in experiences, even from in utero.
Further in as we walked, there was a grassy hill along side the beach. There sat my maternal grandmother, in a long, silk, turquoise dress. She rose from her blanket and came down to talk with me. We discussed how and why there is no suffering the loss of loved ones in heaven and many other things, such as showing me an example of no condemnation. I surely had these questions on my heart and would need to know these answers for the years to come.
As for the suffering and missing of loved ones, there is no time in heaven. Therefore, without time, there can not be a longing. Without longing, there is no suffering for the loss of loved ones. It is but a moment, that there is a separation.

A few things to note
Print size(s) available: 10 x 13 (this is not the over-all size of work)
We've partnered with a trusted fine art reproduction company in the USA, ensuring that each work we ship is constructed by hand with great attention to detail and is of exceptional quality. We select materials to best enhance each work by using archival grade papers, canvas, conservation grade mat boards and archival quality acrylic glass, which not only protects the work from UV damage but is lighter, won't break in transit, and creates a beautiful layer - free from reflective glare.
Your new work will arrive with a Certificate of Authentication, and ready to hang (unless of course you ordered a print only, in which case it will be shipped flat, protected, and ready for framing).

Framing and other finishing options
We selected matting, framing, and other finish elements to best present and preserve each work. In particular, we have a preference for solid hardwood frame construction, but we'll also offer other materials, so long as it meets our standard of qualities.
As for framed work requiring glazing (glass), we use an acrylic glass, which has benefits beyond that of traditional glass. Besides being lighter in weight, it avoids the high risk of glass breakage in transit. It also helps to protect the work from the UV sun exposure, while producing a wonderful reflection free image. Preserve your new work for generations to come.

If we can't quite get it right within our boutique ability, we recommend a visit to your local custom framer to achieve your perfect finish. Works available in more common sizes are also a great fit for ready-made frame options as well.
A frame not only enhances the work itself, but can also initiate how the work is experienced within a space. The right frame can make something moody and strong, or soothing and subtle.
